💼 Key Responsibilities & Experience:
Developing detailed Electrical BIM models using Revit (Electrical)
Modeling lighting, power, grounding, and low current systems
Performing clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage
Creating 4D simulations and construction sequencing in Navisworks Manage
Producing 4D animations to support project planning and stakeholder presentations
Coordinating with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve clashes
Preparing shop drawings, layouts, and BIM deliverables
Ensuring compliance with BIM execution plans, project standards, and electrical codes
I am focused on delivering accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready BIM models that enhance project coordination and execution efficiency.
