Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communication, and ensure smooth coordination within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
Maintain office records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handle travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
Ensure office supplies are stocked and properly maintained
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Diploma or bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in a similar role
