Job Description / Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions
Perform risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports
Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation
Coordinate with site supervisors and management on safety matters
Support emergency response procedures and drills
