**She ‘n’ Shine Salon & Spa**, a premium female-only salon in Riyadh, is looking for an experienced, professional, and presentable **Female Salon Manager** to lead our team and manage the complete salon operation.
**Experience Required:**
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a premium salon or beauty spa
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end salon operations, Mandatory english and arabic speaker.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance
• Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and professionalism
• Handle customer bookings, complaints, and service recovery
• Monitor sales targets, staff productivity, inventory, and expenses
• Coordinate promotions, packages, and customer-retention activities
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and local regulations
**Required Skills:**
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Sales-focused with strong upselling and cross-selling skills
• Knowledge of salon services, products, and industry trends
• Staff training and performance-management experience
• Inventory, cash-handling, and basic reporting skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Professional, organized, presentable, and customer-focused
• English and Arabic communication skills preferred
