●Review interior design drawings and specifications
●Coordinating Subcontractors and supplier for proper execution of work and delays.
●Prepare Daily Report regarding site activities.
●Prepare fit-out schedules, work programs, and material plans
●Supervise on-site fit-out works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes
●Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
●Conduct inspections and snag lists
●Rectify defects before handover
●Support handover documentation and as-built drawings
●Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and subcontractors
●Prepare and maintain of documents
