We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Group Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our established restaurant brands. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of operational excellence, logistical coordination, and financial diligence to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Supervision: Direct oversight of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and operational efficiency are maintained daily.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate and arrange daily supplies for all units; manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms for the best value.
- Financial Administration: Handle supplier invoice accounting, including verifying deliveries against invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely processing for the accounts department.
- Catering & Events: Manage and execute catering orders, from initial inquiry and costing to final delivery and service.
- Operational Problem-Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for daily issues, resolving staff, customer, or facility challenges swiftly.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales, manage food costs, and implement strategies to drive growth across the group.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Driving License
- English and other Indian languages
