Job Description:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the department head
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document control
• Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
• Maintain organized filing systems (soft & hard copies)
• Assist in HR- and office-related tasks as required

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Degree or equivalent
• Must have a valid and transferable Iqama
• Preferably available to join immediately
