Location: Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a Senior Estimator with strong experience in estimating costs for infrastructure and industrial projects, covering both MEP and civil works.
Requirements:
a. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in cost estimation within Saudi Arabia.
b. Proven track record in preparing detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and tender submissions for infrastructure and industrial projects.
c. Strong knowledge of MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and civil works.
d. Familiar with Saudi market rates, vendor pricing, and subcontractor negotiations.
e. Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
f. Proficient in estimation software and MS Office tools.
g. Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
h. Iqama must be transferable.
