Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including pantry and meeting rooms.
• Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment
• Serve Tea and Coffee to staff and office visitors.
• Cleaning kitchen utensils and coffee machine. Items that are cleaned must be allowed to drain and to air-dry before being stacked or stored.
• Responsible for disposal of trash, waste and managing recycling practices
• Monitoring the use of equipment within the office
• Restocking office supplies
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor on a timely manner
• Dusting furniture and light fixtures
• Also be able to move outside office for any kind of task as directed.
• Job requires activeness, attentiveness and a responsible attitude.
• Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff
• Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination in absence of the receptionist
