Ensure execution activities comply with approved drawings, ITPs, method statements, and relevant standards through regular inspections and audits.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and control quality documentation including IRs, WIRs, MIRs, test reports, and inspection records for proper traceability and compliance.
Support continuous improvement by analyzing quality performance, conducting toolbox talks, and promoting quality awareness among project teams.
