We are looking for a friendly and skilled Female Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
Operate coffee machines and other equipment properly
Take customer orders and handle payments
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and seating area
Ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies
Follow hygiene and safety standards
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista is preferred
Knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods
Good communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage)
Presentable and well-groomed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with positive attitude
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 150 - 170 BHD depending on experience
