Location: Bahrain
Requirement: Must have a valid Bahrain driving license
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote desktop support to end users
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows OS, MS Office, email, and basic software issues
Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP connectivity)
Maintain IT inventory, system documentation, and support logs
Travel to client sites when needed for IT support
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or IT Support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Must be currently available in Bahrain
Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory
