Your total income is much higher than your salary, thanks to commissions and daily incentives.
1. Monthly Commission:
Your commission is a percentage of your total monthly collection. The more you earn for the company, the higher your commission.
• Example: If you collect between SAR 9,001 - 10,500 in a month, you get a 13% commission (approx. SAR 1,365).
• Top performers can earn a 22% commission, potentially bringing their total monthly earnings to over SAR 5,000.
2. Daily Incentive:
You get a cash bonus every day based on the number of trips you complete.
• Normal Days: Earn extra SAR 20 to SAR 100 per day.
• Example: Complete 13 trips → Get SAR 40 bonus.
• Example: Complete 20 trips → Get SAR 100 bonus.
• Day-Off Incentive (e.g., Fridays): Even higher bonuses, from SAR 50 to SAR 130 per day.
