*1-* Daily site inspections, and acceptance of civil works with client and consultant and approval of WIR/MIR on regular biases
*2-* Prepare and Review of Shop drawings after verification from both structural and architectural design, Specifications meeting the actual parameters at site.
*3-* Prepration of variation orders after verification from Design, BOQ & SOW as per actual calculations for both contractor and customer.
*4-* Prepration of Material technical submittals as per specifications and ensure the approved material is complying the specifications from approved vendor /supplier
*5-* Preparation of MOS, ITP, Checklists as per customer/consultant requirements.
*6-* Conducting on-site investigations, assessing potential risks, monitoring progress of the project, managing budget and procuring materials and handing over the project to the client on time.
*7-* To execute the work at site as per drawings and specifications
*8-* Preparation of BOQ’s, Engineer Estimates & processing of VO, EOT, Cost Impact, Inventory List, Punch List and TOC cases.
*9-* Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
*10-* Prepare presentations for progress review meetings, fortnightly meetings with consultant and contractor
