Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration equipment to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be locally available and have 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell HVAC and refrigeration systems and solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
Provide pre-sales technical support and product recommendations.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC & refrigeration sales.
Strong technical knowledge of chillers, VRF systems, ducting, cold rooms, split units, and related equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.
Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
