Field Support Engineer

I am a motivated and detail-oriented Telecommunication Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in IT and system support, networking fundamentals, and technical troubleshooting. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from UET Mardan and have gained practical exposure through internships and academic projects involving network monitoring, hardware and software support, VoIP basics, and system operations. I have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience handling user support in fast-paced environments. I am eager to contribute my technical knowledge, communication skills, and commitment to quality service to a reputable organization in the UAE while continuing to grow professionally.
