Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in sales or business development within fabrication or steel/metal industry
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (structural steel, modular fabrication, piping, tanks, pressure vessels)
Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
Proficient in CRM systems & MS Office
???? Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants & EPC contractors
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
Lead and mentor sales team
Prepare technical & commercial proposals
Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Coordinate with production & project teams
Report on sales performance and forecasts
