Senior Manager - Camp & Catering Manager

Job Summary

Lead and manage large-scale labor camp and catering operations within the construction industry, ensuring high standards of accommodation, food quality, safety, hygiene, and compliance with client and GCC regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end camp & catering operations for large labor accommodations

Oversee catering, housekeeping, maintenance, security, utilities, and administration

Ensure compliance with HSE, fire, health, hygiene, and welfare standards

Manage camp infrastructure operations, preventive maintenance, and inspections

Lead, train, and supervise multi-disciplinary teams across camp departments

Coordinate with clients, authorities, and internal management

Handle workforce welfare, camp issues, and regulatory compliance (Qatar/GCC standards)

Conduct audits, inspections, and close corrective actions

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction labor camp management

Experience managing large camps (20,000+ occupants)

GCC experience is mandatory

Degree / Diploma with HACCP Level 4 certification

Fluent in English (oral & written) and Hindi (oral)

Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Camp Management ERP systems
