Instrumentation Engineer-Job Seeker

Experienced in programming, parameterization, and commissioning of batch controllers, flow computers, and analyzers, including tank instruments (RTG, TT, PT, IHHLA) and pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement instruments. Strong expertise in instrumentation systems, flow meters, control valves, and oil & gas custody transfer metering skids, including design, controller parameterization, and client handover. Proficient in OEM software Micromate and AccuMate for MicroLoad and AccuLoad batch controllers, with hands-on experience in OEM instruments (Endress+Hauser, Honeywell, FMC) installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Skilled in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and safety system integration, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities, and preparation/review of instrument index, datasheets, I/O lists, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and hook-up drawings. Strong background in MTBF/MTTR analysis, root cause analysis, HAZOP, SIL, and design reviews, ensuring compliance with SAES, SAMSS, API MPMS, IEC, and QHSE standards. Proven ability to lead the teams, manage vendors, plan and report effectively, and work successfully in multicultural environments.
