Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our professional kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have strong culinary expertise, hotel experience, and the ability to manage a specific kitchen section efficiently while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (Hot, Cold, Grill, Pastry, etc.)
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times
Train and guide Commis chefs within the section
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef for smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel kitchen
Previous experience as CDP in hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of international cuisine
Understanding of food cost control and stock management
Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills in English
