Marketing Agent (Field Marketing) (Heavy Machinery Rental Experience)

This is a full-time on-site position located in Jiddah, for a Marketing Agent specializing in field marketing. The Marketing Agent will manage daily tasks such as promoting and generating leads for Silver Arabian’s heavy machinery rental services in the field, building strong client relationships, presenting service offerings, and negotiating agreements. The role also requires conducting market research, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring client satisfaction to strengthen customer retention and brand presence.


Qualifications


Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs professionally.
Proven Sales and Marketing expertise with a focus on achieving growth targets and identifying market opportunities.
Ability to provide Training and support to customers on equipment usage and rental processes.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in maintaining client records and preparing detailed sales or marketing reports.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
Experience in the heavy machinery rental industry is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
