o Responsible for get ready proposal drawing/specification for customer enquiries and tenders by liaise
with sales executives and end users, considering the applicable standards, statutory vehicle and
regulations.
o Formulate design calculations for designing heavy vehicles frame structures and vehicle integrated
system
o Determine feasibility of designing a new product or modifying/improving an existing product.
o Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommended effective solutions.
o Collecting market demand, competitor’s product information and make comparison study of our product
at frequent intervals. Keep up-to date “know-how” of technological advancement and system functions
in relevant field.
o Collecting applicable standards & Preparing Parts Manual for end product.
o Assist in new technology acquisition, vehicle commissioning at customer site.
o Co-ordinate activities with end user, projects member before/during projects implementation. Provide
knowledge transfer among team member as & when necessary.
o Experience in analyzing various processes/applications and recommending process modifications to
enhance operational efficiency.
o Hands on experience in organizing inspections, viz. Receiving Inspection, In-process Inspection, Supplier
Quality and Final Inspection.
o Experience in dealing with Third Party Inspectors and Clients for various projects.
o Hands on experience in inspection of various Equipment’s.
o Possess effective communication, relationship management and analytical skills.
o Assist Service & Warranty team to Identify the problems on product & it’s cause, whether inherent
process defect or abuse of product on customer’s part. Workout with service team and liaise with
principal for appropriate solution.
