ARIS Administrator
ARIS Platform Administration
Manage ARIS Enterprise modules including:
Enterprise Admin
Enterprise Designer
Enterprise Viewer PRO Pack
Enterprise Extension: Simulation
Oversee ARIS Connect administration and configuration.
User & Access Management
Create, update, and remove user accounts.
Manage user roles, privileges, and access rights.
Ensure compliance with internal security and governance policies.
System Administration & Monitoring
Monitor ARIS system performance including:
CPU utilization
Storage capacity
Application and database health
Service uptime and availability
Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure system stability.
Maintenance & Operations
Process Support & Enablement
SAS managed Services + Moody's
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of managing and operating SAS Analytics and Moody’s CreditLens systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAS development and automation.
Ability to read logs and analyze performance to proactively identify issues.
Experience in report preparation.
Familiarity with best practices in SAS Analytics and Moody’s CreditLens, including applying updates without impacting current operations.
Must be fluent in Arabic.
Personal Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
Effective communication skills with technical teams and end users.
Training skills to guide users in efficiently utilizing different modules.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field.
Specialized certification in developing or managing SAS Analytics or Moody’s CreditLens platform.
The resource must manage and develop Risk Statistics and Analytics Systems through the following:
Execute all daily activities related to the systems and listed modules.
Manage and maintain the platform.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide necessary support to users.
Apply urgent fixes, implement workarounds, perform troubleshooting, track issues, and apply permanent resolutions.
Upgrade the system/platform when required.
Apply recommended security patches and advisories.
Monitor system components to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Generate, produce, and export required reports or data.
Manage user accounts and permissions (add, remove, update).
Document processes and perform knowledge transfer.
Identify and resolve system failures.
Verify, track, and investigate the status of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
