Job Description
Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Select, wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables while ensuring freshness and quality.
Operate and maintain juice-making equipment, blenders, and related tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the preparation area at all times.
Monitor stock levels of fruits, ingredients, and supplies, and report shortages to management.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to preserve freshness and prevent wastage.
Provide friendly and professional customer service, including handling special requests when possible.
Maintain an organized and clean work station before, during, and after shifts.
Follow company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards.
Assist in developing new juice combinations and menu improvements when required.
Candidate Requirements
Indian nationality preferred.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a juice maker or in a similar beverage preparation role.
Good knowledge of fruit handling, juice preparation techniques, and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer orders efficiently.
Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
