WPR (Non Aramco)

I am a certified Work Permit Receiver (WPR) with solid hands-on experience in the PTW system. I have strong knowledge of hot work, cold work, confined space entry, work at height, excavation, LOTO, and lifting permits.
I can receive, review, and close permits, coordinate closely with operations, safety, and maintenance teams, ensure all pre-job requirements and isolations are in place, and maintain full permit compliance at site.
Experienced in hazard identification, risk assessment, toolbox talks, job safety analysis (JSA), and site inspections. Capable of ensuring work is executed safely as per company HSE procedures and Saudi industrial standards.
