Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Figma Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality UI/UX designs, interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design responsive web and mobile UI using Figma.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Conduct usability improvements based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual standards across applications.
• Work closely with product managers and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and visual design sense.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
