SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Officer who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Bahrain labor law compliance, LMRA, GOSI, MOL processes, and full-spectrum HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all LMRA, GOSI, and MOL transactions (visa processing, renewals, cancellations, transfers, work permits).
Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR investigations.
Prepare and review employment contracts, HR letters, and company policies.
Support payroll processing, leave management, and attendance monitoring.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and hiring processes.
Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders as required.
Provide HR reports and support management with HR strategies and workforce planning.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4–7 years of HR experience in Bahrain.
Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, GOSI, and visa processes.
Experience handling employee relations and compliance matters.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in payroll management and policy development is a plus.
