We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B professional to join our team as we prepare to open a new coffee shop in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in managing overall store operations, including:
• Daily caf? operations and team supervision
• Staff training and scheduling
• Customer service excellence
• Inventory control and supplier coordination
• Maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
Candidates with previous experience in caf?s or restaurant operations will be highly preferred.
