Project Management & Coordination: Oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors to manage schedules, budgets, and project specifications.
Technical Documentation & Permits: Prepare, review, and submit technical reports, material specifications, and permit applications to regulatory agencies.
Site Supervision & Quality Control: Perform site investigations, monitor work progress for quality assurance, and ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, safety protocols).
Experience: Approximately 5 years in civil construction, site engineering, or design.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and modeling tools.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, environmental regulations, and structural engineering principles.
Communication: Excellent leadership and interdisciplinary coordination skills.
