1. Production Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure production targets are met within deadlines
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for smooth operations
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as needed
2. Operations Management
• Supervise production teams and ensure efficient use of resources
• Optimize production processes to improve productivity
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions

3. Quality Control
• Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards
• Work closely with QC teams to resolve quality issues

4. Inventory & Material Management
• Track raw material consumption and usage reports
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability
• Minimize waste and manage stock efficiently
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
5. Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and supervise production staff
• Assign duties and monitor performance
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Promote teamwork and discipline
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
• Enforce workplace safety standards and procedures
