1. Direct all cleaning coordinators in the head offices and branches;
2. Provide processes and procedures for all soft services activities;
3. Ensure general cleaning of all internal and external building fabric including glazing is carried out safely;
4. Ensure all hazardous materials and chemicals are recorded in all locations to the standards required;
5. Ensure an inspection regime is in place to ensure the quality of the service delivery;
6. Ensure a program of continual improvement is in place for all activities; and
7. Ensure a program of reinforcement training program in place to improve safety.
