Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and review general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning
4. Ensure proper recording of revenues, expenses, and fixed assets
5. Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
6. Ensure compliance with Bahrain financial regulations and company policies
7. Coordinate with HR for payroll accounting and statutory contributions (GOSI/SIO)
8. Support VAT documentation and filings (if applicable)
9. Supervise and guide junior accounting staff (if any)
10. Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting records
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
