(Good Experience in erection and dismantling, third party certified) Nepal Nationality preferred.

10. Mechanic Petrol Engine – 1 Nos
(Inspect and repair Real Value Own Minibuses)
Basic Salary: 120 + Allowance: 30
Monthly Salary: 150 BD
These requirements are valid until 20th March 2026. Profiles submitted after this
date will not be accepted.
1. Basic salary mentioned for 8 hours duty and more than 8 hours will be paid as an over time.
2. The overtime shall be calculated on the basis of Basic salary.
3. The company will provide sharing accommodation.
4. The company will provide transportation from the accommodation to site.
5. The company will not provide food.
6. Employment contract will be 2 years.

8. Employment Visa and Residence Permit: Provided at the cost of the company.
9. Probation period: 3 months as per Bahrain labor law.
10. Leave salary and tickets after the 2 years of continues service according to Bahrain
labor law.
Recruitment Company
1. The recruitment companies have to ensure all the above-mentioned trades are having minimum 5 Years working experience.
2. Recruitment companies must share an Excel summary of candidates for the telephonic interview. The list should include the candidate's name, passport number, trade/position, and WhatsApp number.
3. Offer letters will be issued to the selected candidates. Following this, the recruitment company must submit the medical fitness certificate within three (3) days from the Offer letter issued date.
4. The maximum processing time for the employment visa is 25 days. The recruitment
company is responsible for completing all internal transactions within these 25 days,
ensuring the candidate arrives in Bahrain within seven (7) days of the visa being
issued.
5. The Real Value contracting will cancel the visa if the person does not arrive in
Bahrain within a maximum 7 days.
6. The recruitment is responsible for providing the return flight ticket if the employee is
an unskilled worker or not willing to work within three-month probationary period.
7. Service charge applicable.
8. Calls are allowed only 8:30am to 1:00pm & 2:00pm to 5:30pm.
