WE are expanding and we are looking for motivated Travel Agents / Ticketing Agents to join our team under a BYC Partnership Model.
✈️ Position: Travel Ticketing Agent (BYC Model)
✅ Bring Your Own Customers
Agents are required to bring and manage their own clients and sales pipeline.
💰 Profit Sharing Structure
Company and Agent will share 50% / 50% of Net Profit
Net Profit is calculated after deducting:
Airline cost
Taxes and portal fees
Any penalties or service charges
💵 Profit settlement can be done weekly or as agreed.
🏢 What the Company Provides
Company will provide:
Office desk and professional working space
High-speed internet access
Office amenities (electricity, seating, workspace)
Full access to company-approved ticketing portals
Back-office and operational support
⏰ Working Requirements
Minimum 6-8 working hours per day
Agent must be physically present in the office
Duty timing may vary depending on client demand
Agents must adhere to professional office dress code and proper business attire at all times
⚠️ Agent Responsibility & Liability
Agents will be fully responsible for:
Their own customers and sales
Accurate booking and ticket issuance
Compliance with airline rules and portal policies
Any penalties such as:
ADM (Agency Debit Memo)
EDM (Electronic Debit Memo)
Refund losses or airline charges
will be the liability of the Agent.
