Job Description:
We’re hiring an experienced accountant to calculate profitability for each order (order-level P&L) across Noon and Amazon.sa. You will build/maintain a clear profitability system that tracks revenue, fees, product costs, shipping, returns, and other expenses—so we can see accurate profit per order, per SKU, and per channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate profit per order for Noon and Amazon.sa (FBP/FBN, FBA/FBM)
Extract and reconcile reports: orders, settlements, fees, returns, refunds, advertising, storage, shipping, etc.
Build a structured profitability tracker (Excel/Google Sheets) with clean formulas and summaries
Track and allocate costs: COGS, packaging, inbound freight, promo discounts, platform fees, payment fees, and VAT
Handle returns/refunds impact and reconcile against settlements
Provide weekly/monthly performance summaries by SKU and marketplace
Identify leakage areas (high fees, shipping losses, ad overspend, frequent returns)
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce accounting, preferably Noon + Amazon.sa
Strong understanding of Amazon settlement reports and Noon finance/settlement reports
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
Ability to work with large datasets and ensure accurate reconciliation
Detail-oriented and able to document assumptions and methodology clearly
Nice to Have:
Experience with VAT accounting in KSA
Experience with Amazon Ads / Noon Ads cost allocation per order/SKU
Knowledge of inventory and landed cost calculations
