What you’ll do
Produce European patisserie items to our standards (daily production & finishing)
Prepare components: sponge, creams, mousses, ganache, glazes, fillings, crumb bases
Execute modern finishing: glazing, piping, chocolate d?cor, portioning, and plating
Maintain strict consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Follow recipes, prep lists, and production schedules
Ensure hygiene, labeling, storage, and FIFO standards
Support new product development and seasonal items
What we’re looking for
2+ years hands-on experience in European patisserie (hotel, bakery, or caf?)
Strong understanding of classic techniques (creams, custards, choux, sponge, mousse, tart shells)
Good speed + clean execution under pressure
Attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
Food safety & hygiene awareness
Experience with lamination is a plus (croissants, puff, Danish)
