Business Development Manager – Heavy Equipment & Crane Rental

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Heavy Equipment Rental division, with a strong focus on Crane Rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow crane and heavy equipment rental business

Identify new clients, projects, and market opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Achieve sales targets and support long-term business growth

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales within heavy equipment or crane rental industry

Strong industry network and client relationship skills

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Valid driving license preferred
