We're hiring a male Admin Clerk to work in our garage.

Job Description:
1. Register and update bus check-in/out
2. Recording vehicle maintenance
3. Process accident insurance claim
4. Updating Sinotrack
5. Checking CCTV (Bus camera)
6. Process monthly bus passing
7. Handling issues or complaints related to vehicles and preparing replacements of vehicles if
needed
8. Preparing quotations for vehicle maintenance
9. Issue invoices for walk-in customers
10. Prepare vehicles upon the request of the Operations Dept
11. Handling petty cash
12. Perform other jobs that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in e-mail correspondence
2. With good communication skills, proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, and Hindi is a plus
3. Basic knowledge of computer skills.
