Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer – Insulation with a Mechanical Engineering background and proven experience in the HVAC/MEP industry. The role involves sales, technical support, and business development for insulation materials and accessories used in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across KSA.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell insulation products and accessories (thermal, acoustic, fire-rated insulation, ducts insulation, pipes insulation, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP companies, and end users
Identify new business opportunities, projects, and tenders within the HVAC/MEP sector
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, submittals, BOQs, and quotations
Provide technical support to clients regarding product selection, specifications, and application
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order execution
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in KSA
Attend project meetings, site visits, and technical discussions with clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Ensure compliance with Saudi standards, project specifications, and company policies
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the HVAC / MEP / insulation industry
Strong knowledge of insulation products and accessories
Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market is essential
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea, and major MEP projects is an advantage
Valid KSA driving license preferred

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

English: Fluent (spoken and written)
Arabic: Preferred
