Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
PLC-controlled systems
Electrical panels and motors
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Vibrators and compaction systems
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
Troubleshoot control circuits, sensors, limit switches, contactors, and VFDs.
Ensure proper machine calibration and alignment.
Maintain production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Follow safety procedures and industrial standards.
Coordinate with production team to improve machine performance.
⚙️ Technical Requirements
Diploma or degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
Industrial manufacturing plants
Concrete / block / precast factories (preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
PLC systems (Siemens preferred)
Hydraulic systems
Industrial motors and drives
Electrical control panels
Ability to work under pressure in a production environment.
