Experience Required
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in India or UAE
Mandatory experience in aluminium contracting / fa?ade industry
Experience in high-rise buildings and villa projects

Key Responsibilities
Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings
Request and analyze supplier & subcontractor quotations
Prepare pricing breakdowns, value engineering options & clarifications
Assist in tender submissions and post-tender negotiations
Monitor project cost vs budget and report variances
Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims
Support contract administration in coordination with project managers
Technical Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD (for quantity take-offs)
Strong command of MS Excel (advanced formulas, cost sheets)
Good understanding of standard construction contracts
Ability to study and interpret architectural & structural drawings
