The Role
We are looking for a high-velocity Senior AI Engineer who doesn’t just build models—but designs entire intelligent ecosystems.
You’re comfortable close to the metal. You know how to extract performance from on-premise hardware, while leveraging agentic workflows and “vibe coding” to ship production-ready features at speed.
This role bridges cutting-edge AI research (LLMs, Computer Vision) with secure, production-grade on-prem DevOps.
Core Responsibilities
Architect RAG & Agentic Systems
Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines handling complex, multi-source data with high precision.
Computer Vision Integration
Build and deploy CV applications (object detection, segmentation, OCR) that integrate seamlessly into AI-driven workflows.
On-Premise AI DevOps Ownership
Own the lifecycle of AI systems on local infrastructure, including GPU clusters, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and data sovereignty.
High-Velocity “Vibe Coding”
Use agentic IDE tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot/Codex, or similar) to rapidly prototype, refactor, and deploy.
You focus on architecture and intent—AI handles the boilerplate.
Performance Optimization
Profile and optimize Python-based AI services for low-latency inference in private cloud / on-prem environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
AI & Machine Learning
Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
Hands-on experience with Computer Vision using OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
Deep understanding of RAG systems and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
Technical Proficiency
3+ years of professional Python experience building clean, scalable, async systems
Power-user experience with AI coding assistants / agentic development tools
Experience with inference servers or vLLM
Comfortable with Linux, GPU drivers, and on-prem infrastructure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
Soft Skills
Adaptive problem-solving in fast-moving environments
Strong security mindset for handling sensitive, on-prem data
