I am a site engineer is responsible for managing and supervising construction work at the project site to ensure that it is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Their main duties include setting out works, checking technical designs, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams, monitoring daily progress, ensuring quality control, maintaining site records, solving on-site technical problems, enforcing safety regulations, and reporting progress to senior engineers or project managers. They also ensure that materials and equipment are used efficiently and that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
