Job Title: Equipment Rental Manager
Job Purpose:
Manage and grow the company’s equipment rental operations by attracting clients, building strategic relationships with companies, and achieving the highest operational return on the fleet while ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rental Operations Management:
o Supervise daily rental operations (contracts, delivery, return, invoicing).
o Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.
o Monitor payment collection and minimize overdue debts.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms.
2. Business Development & Relationship Management:
o Build a strong network with construction companies and industrial organizations.
o Attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
o Attend meetings and conduct site visits for projects.
o Study the market and analyze competitors.
3. Fleet Management & Internal Coordination:
o Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment readiness.
o Monitor utilization rates and operational efficiency, and improve them.
o Prepare periodic performance and revenue reports.
o Propose plans to expand or upgrade the fleet.
4. Contract & Risk Management:
o Review and draft rental contracts to ensure the company’s rights are protected.
o Follow up on insurance and guarantees.
o Handle client complaints and disputes professionally.

• Equipment utilization rate
• Monthly / annual revenue growth
• Number of new clients
• Payment collection rate
• Customer satisfaction
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in heavy or light equipment rental.
• Strong knowledge of the construction and project market.
• Experience in contract management, pricing, and negotiation.
Required Skills:
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and manage key clients.
• Financial and pricing analysis skills.
• Familiarity with rental management systems or ERP.

• Ability to work under pressure and on-site when required.
