???? Minimum Qualification:
Engineering Degree in Mechanical
???? Experience Required:
Minimum 15 years of experience in Pressure Vessel, Piping & Skids Fabrication & Management
Prior experience in a similar leadership role
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
???? Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all plant operations including material control, fabrication, welding, maintenance & production planning
Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency
Control production costs and manage overhead budgets
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality specifications
Maintain compliance with company procedures and contract requirements
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports
Represent the company in management and client meetings
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams
