Requirements:
• Valid ARAMCO Approval (mandatory)
• Relevant Rigger certification (I, II, or III)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in lifting and rigging operations (depending on level)
• Strong knowledge of ARAMCO safety standards and procedures
• Ability to read and understand lifting plans and load charts
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
Responsibilities:
• Perform safe lifting, rigging, and hoisting operations as per ARAMCO standards
• Inspect rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, etc.) before use
• Follow approved lifting plans and instructions from supervisors
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations at all times
• Coordinate with crane operators and lifting supervisors during operations
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment defects immediately
