Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
Conduct site safety inspections and audits
Prepare and review Risk Assessments, JSA, and Method Statements
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training
Identify hazards and ensure corrective/preventive actions
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
Maintain safety records and reports
Coordinate with supervisors and site management
