Workshop Mechanic
The Workshop Mechanic role requires strong skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various vehicles and equipment. Key responsibilities include:
Regular Inspections and Servicing: Carrying out routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
Diagnosing Mechanical Issues: Identifying and fixing mechanical problems to maintain the safe operation of assets.
Repair Work: Working on a variety of equipment including:
Golf carts
Lighting towers
Heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steer loaders (Bobcat), and forklifts
Vehicle barriers and security gates.
Ideal Candidate:
Should have practical experience in both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Must be able to quickly identify faults.
Should possess the technical knowledge necessary for performing high-quality repairs.
