Job Purpose:
To operate and monitor packing machines and filling lines efficiently to ensure smooth production flow in compliance with company quality, food safety, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and adjust packing machines and filling lines according to production plans and SOPs.
Monitor machine performance to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
Inspect products during operation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Maintenance team for technical issues.
Follow health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times.
Record daily production data accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and comply with GMP standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Technical Diploma.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operating packing machines and filling lines.
Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance.
Ability to work in shifts.
Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
