A results‑driven HR and Administration professional with over 9 years of experience across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Pakistan is currently seeking a suitable HR / HR & Admin Officer position in Riyadh or anywhere in the Kingdom. Proven track record in site HR operations, manpower administration, recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations within construction, packaging, and corporate environments.
Current Role – HR Officer Citiscape (Qiddiya & Diriyah Projects, KSA)
Managing complete site manpower administration, daily attendance, and workforce reporting.
Handling recruitment coordination, onboarding, site induction, and HR documentation for technical staff and labor.
Preparing timesheets, overtime, and payroll support data; ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Acting as primary HR contact at site for employee queries, grievances, leave management, accommodation, and HR reports.
Previous Experience
HR Officer – Al Qesma Packaging Matt LLC, UAE (2018–2022):
Recruitment support, shortlist screening, payroll assistance, training and development coordination, leave and document management, HR letters and emails, performance appraisal support, and HR reporting.
HR & Admin Officer – Orient Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Lahore (2013–2017):
Attendance and overtime management, HR documentation, employee coordination, HR reporting, and day‑to‑day HR and admin operational support.
Education & Skills
MS in Business Administration – NUML, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Published research on HRM practices and organizational performance in a reputed journal.
Strong command of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP software.
Personal Details
Location/Availability: Currently in Saudi Arabia and available for immediate joining or as per notice.

Nationality: Pakistani.
